On the 1st January 2007 an excellent book was published for anyone interested in developing wind power projects. Developing Wind Power Projects: Theory and Practice by Tore Wizelius is published by Earthscan Publications Ltd.

Tore Wizelius, pictured above, is a Swedish author with five books on wind power. He has been a lecturer on wind power at Gotland University for over eight years, and was the Swedish correspondent for Windpower Monthly through the 1990s. He is described by wind power expert Paul Gipe as one of the pioneers of wind power development. His book is targetted at people planning wind power projects - therefore it is not a technical guide to wind power technologies.
