3 PHASE 35A BRIDGE RECTIFIER KIT. Complete kit to build your own three phase bridge rectifier - 3 bridge rectifiers, connecting cables and terminal blocks

Additional Information

This three-phase 35 Amp bridge rectifier is designed to save you time and money when putting together your renewable energy generation system.

Included are three MB356 35 Amp Bridge Rectifiers together with all of the required connections ready to make simply plug and play DIY three-phase AC to DC bridge rectifier.

The 12 connection cables are made of highest quality insulated flexible automotive 10 AWG (2.6 mm diameter) multi-stranded wire. The cables provided are a little longer than absolutely necessary to make the building process much easier and to help you to space out the individual recitifers to keep them cool. A total of over 2 1/2 metres of cable is used in this kit.

Plugging a connector onto a bridge rectifier

One end of each of the cables has been pre-stripped and fitted into a crimp connector which simply plugs onto a leg of a bridge rectifiers. The other end of each wire has again been stripped and securely fitted into highest quality 60 Amp rated terminal strip ready for you to input the three phases of AC and take out the rectifier positive and negative DC outputs.

Putting the Kit Together

Completed bridge rectifier kit

Simple instructions are provided with each kit purchased. They are also available online here: Building Your REUK 3-Phase Bridge Rectifier. It’s just a case of plugging the connectors onto the correct legs of the rectifiers. We don’t sell the kits pre-assembled to prevent them being damaged in transit.

Ideally – particularly if the continuous current flowing through the bridge rectifier is likely to be over 10 Amps – the three metal clad bridge rectifiers should be bolted onto a suitable heat sink. This is most important in low voltage (12V) systems.
